sbw r&d invites applications from smart & dedicated edupreneurs to associate with us as readmyscript Franchise Partners.

Franchise Model earnings are divided as:

  • Franchise Partner: 30% to 40%

  • Facilitator: 20% to 30%

  • sbw r&d: 20%.

  • Promotional activities and marketing: 20%.

​

Responsibilities of readmyscript Franchise Partners:

  • Enroll maximum number of participants from assigned locations.

  • Get enrollments through their network.

  • To deliver readmyscript program courseware and conduct practice sessions in their assigned locations.

  • We expect 100 percent engagement from Franchise Partners, from promotion activities to course delivery.

  • Work closely with our marketing team to promote readmyscript program in schools in assigned locations.

  • Engagement of franchise partners decides their revenue share. If a franchise partner is engaged in course delivery & administration in school that partner gets extra 10% of the total turnover from assigned location.

 

Responsibilities of sbw r&d:

  • sbw r&d provides additional facilitators for course delivery depending on the number of enrollments from schools or as required.

  • sbw r&d provides full marketing support.

  • sbw r&d supports in demonstrating the benefits of readmyscript program to Schools, parents and students.

  • sbw r&d facilitates demonstration to Schools in assigned location.

  • sbw r&d trains Franchise Partners on sales. We just have to demonstrate the benefits of readmyscript program. It’s as plain as a pike staff. No sales at all. We just have to shock them & plant seeds, & that’s it.

 
Franchise Prerequisites:

  • Investment: 15,00,000 INR.

  • Dynamic personality.

  • Excellent facilitation skills.

  • Excellent relationship building skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Entrepreneurial skills.

  • Persons experienced in similar business will be preferred.

Expected minimum participants per year:    1000.
Expected Investment:                                    15,00,000 INR.
​Investment Includes:                                      Franchise Fee.
​                                                                       Courseware-Training and certification.
​                                                                       Advertising/Marketing Support.
​Expected Payback Period:                            1 year.
​Terms of Franchise Agreement:                    3 years. Franchise Agreement will be renewed based on the                                                                                performance of Franchise Partners.​
